Make life work better for you.

Whether you want to work on a specific goal or look at the bigger picture, Atlas offers personal coaching and practical guidance shaped around you. Together, we explore what matters and find practical changes that fit your life.

20 minutes, online. A chance to talk about what you are finding difficult and explore whether Atlas could be a useful fit.

When there is little room left for you

Work, family and everyday responsibilities can leave little space for looking after yourself. Meals become another decision, rest gets squeezed out and routines become difficult to maintain.

How Atlas works

Every person is different. Atlas uses three connected perspectives to understand you and the life around you. Looking at these together helps us explore practical changes that fit you and your circumstances.

Origin

You as an individual

Your needs, values, experiences, strengths and what matters to you. Every person starts from a different place.

Orbit

Your everyday patterns

The habits, routines and responsibilities that shape daily life, including food, rest and recovery.

World

Your surroundings and relationships

The work, home, people and wider conditions that influence you, and how you influence the people and environments around you.

What we work towards

Human Performance — Being able to function and engage with what matters.
Recovery — Making room to rest and replenish.
Sustainable Wellbeing — Finding ways of looking after yourself that can continue in real life.

Why I created Atlas

I’m Philip, founder of Atlas. After more than 25 years in IT and leadership, I know what it is like to carry responsibility while trying to make room for family, health and yourself.

My own experience of stress and health challenges led me to explore how food, recovery and everyday routines could fit together more realistically. Atlas grew from that exploration.
