Atlas Sustainable Performance Framework

A practical framework for organisations that want to improve how work actually feels and functions, not simply add another wellbeing initiative.

Understand the current situation

Explore the patterns, expectations and working conditions affecting the team, including what is helping and what is getting in the way.

Choose the priorities

Identify a small number of practical changes that matter most, with clear ownership and realistic next steps.

Put change into practice

Support implementation, review what is happening and adjust the approach rather than leaving the work as a one-off report.

What this can include

Facilitated conversations with leaders and teams.
Review of everyday working patterns, demands and routines.
Identification of practical priorities.
Support turning agreed changes into everyday practice.
Follow-up review and adjustment.

Practical workshops and shared experiences

Learn something useful, have a go and enjoy doing it together. Atlas workshops combine clear explanations with practical activities, conversation and reflection.

Example workshop themes in development. Format and availability are agreed individually.

Making stock from scratch

Explore how a few simple ingredients become a useful base for everyday meals. A practical session combining preparation, flavour and ideas for using stock at home, with demonstrations and activities suited to the group.

Kefir made simple

An approachable introduction to kefir and fermentation, combining explanation with practical activities. Safe preparation, storage and suitability are built into the session.

People do not work in isolation

Performance is shaped by the person, their everyday patterns and the environment around them. Atlas brings these perspectives together rather than treating every difficulty as an individual resilience problem.

Data and boundaries

Atlas does not use employee health monitoring or surveillance as part of this approach. Where individual coaching is provided alongside organisational work, confidentiality and reporting boundaries are agreed clearly.

Create the conditions for sustainable performance

Atlas helps organisations look beyond individual resilience and consider the working conditions, routines and behaviours that shape how people perform, recover and work together.

The focus is practical: understand what is getting in the way, agree what needs to change and put manageable improvements into everyday working life.

Let’s talk about what needs to change
