My Guiding Vision
After more than 25 years in IT and leadership, I know what it is like to carry responsibility while trying to make room for family, health and yourself.

Real Life Focus
My own experience of stress and health challenges led me to explore how food could fit in.

Grounded Methods
Atlas grew from that exploration: a practical, personal approach for the life you actually have.

Consistent Practice
I focus on credible, calm adjustments that respect your time and existing commitments.
The Atlas approach
Atlas looks at three connected perspectives: you as an individual, your everyday patterns, and the world around you.
Origin
You as an individual: your needs, values, experiences, strengths and what matters to you.
Orbit
Your everyday patterns: the habits, routines and responsibilities that shape daily life.
World
Your surroundings and relationships: the people, work, home and wider conditions that influence you, and how you influence them.
These are connected perspectives, not sequential stages. They help us keep the whole person in view while focusing on what matters to you.

Training and Development
Practical Food Skills
I am exploring resources focused on essential food skills as one way to support everyday life, not as a standalone course.
Resilient Leadership
I am researching ways to bring this practical approach into leadership contexts where it is genuinely useful.
Simple Kitchen Skills
I am developing ideas that may help people feel more confident with simple, everyday cooking, where that supports their wider goals.
