History
Philip Neale is the founder of Atlas Human Navigation. For more than 26 years, Philip has worked internationally as an IT leader, helping people, teams and organizations navigate complexity, pressure and change.
Over time, he became increasingly interested in a question that sits behind performance but is often overlooked:
How do people sustain themselves in real life?
Not just at work, but across health, energy, recovery, food, sleep, movement, family, purpose and the everyday routines that shape how life feels.
Atlas grew from both professional experience and personal reflection. After years in demanding environments, and through his own experiences of trying to rebuild health, energy and direction, Philip wanted to create something more purposeful: a practical platform that could help people understand themselves better, recover more effectively and build routines that genuinely fit their lives.
As a father, that purpose became even clearer. Atlas is not about chasing an ideal version of wellbeing. It is about helping people navigate real life with more clarity, steadiness and support.
Atlas Human Navigation brings together systems thinking, coaching, nutrition, movement, sleep, recovery and practical behaviour change to support human performance and sustainable wellbeing.
The aim is simple:
To help people build healthier routines, recover better and create a way of living that is more sustainable, more human and more their own.
